Yes, you can select the option ‘Use Own Shipping Label’ on the checkout for certain vendors.

You can choose between Economy and Express shipping but it’s not possible to choose the freighter company. For products that are shipped from warehouses in Germany and Italy, we use DHL. When it comes to products that are shipped from the warehouse in Sweden and the USA, we use either UPS or FedEx.

You can access Shopwoo directly from https://nova.shopwoo.com/ for WooCommerce, and for the rest of the plugins, you need to access it through your website Admin Panel > Apps > BrandsGateway App.

In case you are experiencing major issues with the inventory, you can run an integrity check. In your ShopWoo account, access ‘Settings’ > ‘Integrity check’ and click Run Check’. Usually, it takes 10 min, and once finished, the products will be put in a queue to get updated to the way they are in BrandsGateway.

If you have deleted a picture or a product from your website by mistake, they will be back once the system gets updated.

Synchronization settings show which features will be influenced by BrandsGateway. For example, if you want to change descriptions or titles, or translate them in your own language, you need to disable the ‘Titles’ and ‘Descriptions’ settings. Otherwise, once the system gets updated, products will be back to their state as in BrandsGateway. However, we recommend keeping the ‘Categories’ sync.

Category Mapping is needed for the import of our products to your store. Once you click ‘Save’ in ‘Category Mapping’, the import will start. No need to control the process, you can turn off the computer. The import takes a few hours, and you can check the progress of it on your Dashboard in your ShopWoo account. You can see how many simple & variable products have been imported and how many products are in the queue.

Products from selected categories will be imported to your store.

To access Category Mapping, navigate to Settings under the Dashboard and select Category Mapping.

There are a few options to do the initial import of our products to your Shopify store.

•  Select All Categories;

By choosing the option to Select All Categories, all of BrandsGateway’s Categories will be listed on the left side under Retailer Category and you need to map them with your WooCommerce Categories on the right side under Dropshipper Category.

Click on the ‘Edit button’ to map BrandsGateway’s Categories with your WooCommerce Categories and select the desired markups and a fixed shipping value.

Once you are done, click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page.

•  Duplicate Mapping;

By selecting the option to Duplicate Mapping, our system will automatically duplicate all BrandsGateway’s categories as categories on your WooCommerce store. The products will be imported to the category they belong to.

Click on the ‘Edit button’ to adjust the desired markups and fixed shipping value.

Once you are done, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click ‘Save’.

• Add Mapping

You can add the desired Mappings manually and match them with your WooCommerce Categories. Select the desired markups and a fixed shipping value.

Once you are done, click ‘Save’ and the import will start.

BrandsGateway App allows you to add your own sizing names to the products you import. For example, if you prefer US or EU size names, you can adjust them with the option for ‘Attribute Mapping’.

In ShopWoo only Shopify ‘Manual collections’ are displayed. You will need to have at least one ‘Manual collection’ to upload products.After the import is completed, you can filter products through ‘Automated collections’ by tags, titles, product type, etc.

Sale and badge are features of your Shopify theme and can be removed only from your Shopify Admin panel.

Shopify has a limit for the number of products created per second so it can take up to 1 hour for the import to be completed. You can track the progress of the import on the ‘Dashboard’ in ShopWoo.

All products are created in your Store in the same way they are displayed on our website. Color variants will be added as individual products.

There aren’t any restrictions on our side, however, on Shopify stores, there is upload throttling once your store reaches 50,000 products. After 50,000 products your store will only be able to upload 1,000 products per day.

If you need to upload more products per day, you can upgrade to Shopify Plus which does not have this limit.

If you cannot afford Shopify Plus, you can use an app like Bulk Product Generator. Run this app 24/7 and you can generate 365,000 products every year.

Refunds for Dropshipping orders

For our active dropshippers, we offer a 14-day return policy counting from the day that the parcel was received.

• For damaged or wrong-shipped items, we require a picture of the defect or wrong-shipped product, and once confirmed, we will send you a return label, and offer a full refund once we receive the product back at our warehouse.
• For customers’ change of mind returns, the end client needs to bare the cost of the return. Once received back, we will refund the product’s cost.

Please be extremely careful when returning products and ensure that you use the correct return address corresponding to the warehouse from which you received the items. Sending returns to an incorrect warehouse location will result in a 20% restocking fee, as it incurs additional handling and logistics costs.

BrandsGateway is a B2B platform that provides wholesale and dropshipping services. For wholesale orders, the minimum order requirement is 1000€. If the total amount of your order is less than 1000€ and you don’t have an active dropshipping subscription, you won’t be able to proceed to checkout.

The inventory is updated in real-time synchronization, minimizing the risk of selling out-of-stock goods. However, if for some reason, such an order is placed, we will offer you a similar model as an exchange, or fully refund your order and offer a discount for your next purchase.
