Article 1 – Scope
The following terms and conditions control the offering and selling of products at BrandsGateway.com, under the partnership of certified partners with BrandsGateway.
Items purchased on this website are qualified directly by BrandsGateway.
Customers must ensure that they read the information concerning rules of the Legislative Decree 196/2003 ‘’ THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION CODE”, and in turn agree to the processing of personal data before proceeding with any purchases.
Article 2 – General conditions of sale acceptance
Customers should review general conditions of sale and privacy policies on the given website before making any purchases. If a customer proceeds with a purchase, it is assumed that they have indeed given full acknowledgment and agreement to such policies, and without such acceptance, purchases should not be made.
Products offered on BrandsGateway’s website are done so exclusively by BrandsGateway to persons of or over the age of 18, and who are legally competent to enter into such a binding contract. It is Brandgateway’s purgative to not process any orders from individuals who fail to meet such criteria. For our Dropship clients, all marketplaces are accepted to re-sell our inventory in.
Article 3 – How to purchase
Any purchase of products completed by customers is done so in coordination with what is displayed and described on the website, including the indicated price and additional taxes and fees, which may vary depending on location. Additional costs include the cost of shipping, all of which will be shown at the moment of purchase.
The number of units available will determine the availability of items, and BrandsGateway cannot guarantee the delivery of products ordered. BrandsGateway will provide customers with the option of reserving products where possible and will communicate fully concerning delivery time (may sometimes take longer than usual) with the customer either by email or telephone.
Before completing any purchase, the customer will always be made aware of the specific unit cost of each product selected, as well as the total number ordered (if more than one) and any delivery charge.
Having completed their purchase, customers will receive an email confirmation of their order, with BrandsGateway stating that is has been received, as well as proving a unique order number. After this, customers will receive a second email, this time confirming the acceptance of any such order, including the delivery of products to the stated address and estimated delivery date. This information provides clients with the opportunity to check relevant information, and if the necessary report and/or request further information at email@example.com
Customers will be able to check the status of the order in the customer area.
Orders will have one of the following statuses:
CONFIRMED: Order has been made by the Customer and their payment has been verified. Orders will be automatically canceled by the international banking system should no authorization be received.
WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION: BrandsGateway has verified the order, thus confirming the availability of the product/s.
SENT: Purchased goods have been delivered to the relevant courier for transportation.
Article 4 – Methods of Payment
Payment by installments is strictly prohibited.
Should the customer choose to pay with one of the credit card options otherwise accepted and displayed on the website, any payment must be made with the submission of the purchase order. The validity of such a payment method will be stringently checked by the provider during the order process, with an email being sent to the customer indicating the results. Credit is received by BrandsGateway at the moment of the shipment of products.
Product prices are subject to change, however, confirmed orders will not be affected by any such alterations.
Should the provider or institution issuing the credit card refuse payment for any reason, BrandsGateway will not be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery of items.
BrandsGateway reserves the right to automatically cancel any order in the absence of relevant information needed to complete a transaction.
Information from the buyer’s credit card or financial information will at no time be known by BrandsGateway. Such information is transmitted through a secure and safe connection to an online portal for the bank or finance company provided by the customer. Therefore, BrandsGateway will not be held responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use of credit cards which may potentially occur during the transaction of a purchase. Should PayPal be used as a method of payment, customers will be directed immediately to the PayPal login page in order to complete their order.
When using PayPal, the amount of the purchase is charged to your PayPal account at the time of order. In the case of a cancellation by the customer or non-acceptance by BrandsGateway, the amount will be refunded to the Customer’s individual PayPal account. BrandsGateway will in no event be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, as a result of any delays in releasing the amount committed by PayPal. For each transaction made with the PayPal account, the customer will receive (by email) confirmation from PayPal directly. BrandsGateway reserves the right to cancel and/or suspend the order if PayPal sends an e-mail message showing errors and/or irregularities in the payment. In such an instance, BrandsGateway reserves the right to attain additional information from the customer, as well as the sending of documents to prove the ownership of credit cards. BrandsGateway also reserves the right not to accept the order without any right for the Customer to claim damages.
Should the customer cancel an order reserved with payment by credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal, BrandsGateway will reimburse through the same chosen method of payment made by the Customer, with requests for other methodologies not being permitted under any circumstances.
Customer data is processed in a manner that prevents third parties from coming into contact with them. To increase security further, customers should strive to use an internet provider such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla or Safari. Until the time in which customers confirm any order, the data surrounding credit card details will reside exclusively on the customer’s computer or device.
Article 5 – Delivery
All BrandsGateway vendors can deliver worldwide, however, delivery times may increase depending on the delivery destination. The average delivery time within Europe is 3 business days. For shipping destinations outside Europe, such as North America and Asia, the delivery time is 5 business days.
Invoices for orders delivered by couriers are available to both download and print online from the customer’s individual account area. Once such information has been issued, no changes can be generated.
We offer a worldwide flat rate shipping fee starting from 15€/17$ for each individual warehouse order, no matter the dimensions or weight of the package. For larger orders that might include an additional discount, a member of our customer services team will contact the client to discuss shipment details and delivery time.

Verification is required if the number of packages delivered corresponds to that shown on the transport document, if the packaging is intact, and/or if the product matches the order. If this is the case, customers must sign the delivery correspondents with ”the right to check the integrity of the products”. If this fails to be completed, customers may not dispute the non-matching appearance or quantity of the product ordered after delivery. Lost or damaged packages are insured a maximum amount of 30€ unless agreed upon differently from the buyer and added as a note when making a purchase. Extra insurance can be purchased.
Products are delivered from BrandsGateway partners within 1-2 working days since the order has been dispatched and payment has been confirmed, and are always subject to checking the regularity of the payment before carrying it out. In the case of orders with payments in advance other than bank transfer and where BrandsGateway has report of anomalies, such as the mismatch of the name of the person registered and the holder of the credit card, the goods are delivered within 7 working days from when it has been checked for regularity of the payment, or at least from the end of the tests that will be necessary to verify the regularity of payment. In the unlikely event that a product has not been delivered after 10 working days following the order confirmation, customers should send a direct email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “non-delivery”, while also stating the order number as well as any other additional information. Having received the email, BrandsGateway will contact the customer within 2 working days in order to resolve the problem, or in some cases offer an explanation for the non-fulfillment of orders. An unclaimed package that are returned to the vendor will need to cover a fixed fee of 45€ by the buyer.
Custom operations are handled by BrandsGateway together with the FedEx customs agency for shipments outside the EU. Any documentation needed will be provided by BrandsGateway to have the package cleared if necessary. When using bank invoice, the amount of the purchase will have to be paid within 48 hours or your order will be canceled. Once the bank transfer has been confirmed, you will receive a notification and your order will be shipped out within 48 hours.
Article 6 – Refunds and Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy to both our retail customers and dropship partners. from the day the package is delivered.
For defects and wrong shipped items, the customer must contact B2B BrandsGateway by email to email@example.com
Such emails should include the date of purchase, along with the choice of reimbursement method. The client must also provide photographic evidence for any defected products.
The cost of return shipment will be borne by the customer and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number. The receiver is always responsible to claim/accept the package and any additional fees for orders being returned for not being claimed or picked up is covered by the customer.
The product, along with its original packaging, as well as any other items received must be sent to BrandsGateway in order to protect it from damage.
No refunds are offered to all of our dropship subscription packages. We don’t offer any free trials on any of our dropship subscriptions. The acception of our terms & agreements implies the renouncement of the retraction right.
All returns must be shipped back with a valid tracking number.
Any agreed refunds will be made by bank transfer or by PayPal within 10 working days of receipt of goods.
BrandsGateway will be the “owner” of customer’s data and all the information concerning the use of their personal data is summarised in the privacy document, in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information legislation. Customers must, therefore, accept such a policy before proceeding with any purchases, with a particular focus on the following areas:
- Purposes of data processing. Commercial, promotional, and/or sales purposes to identify potential customers for each specific product or service (eg, statistics, customer satisfaction feedback, the preliminary gathering of information aimed at reaching an agreement or provision of a service, etc.); Customer satisfaction research (eg research on the quality of services); Fulfillment of obligations under the law, regulations or legislation.
- Data communication. The personal data collected by B2B BrandsGateway HB will be communicated and/or processed by people we trust, who, in pursuit of the above objectives, carry out operational, technical, and organizational tasks. The personal data provided by Customers are used only to perform the job or related services; the data are not disclosed to third parties unless such disclosure is required by law or is directly necessary for the fulfillment of requirements.
All the details of the credit cards processed by email/ telephone/ fax are processed by the PayPal secure server and immediately canceled after the transaction.
- Rights of interested parties. – It is fully established that the customer has the option to exercise specific rights. The Customer may obtain: confirmation or otherwise of the existence of data concerning them, even if not yet recorded;
Information about the origin of personal data, the purpose and methods of processing it, and the basis of processing in cases where this is done using electronic instruments;
Indication of the identity of the Owner and the Person Responsible, and the persons or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be communicated or who have access to them;
The cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as updating, rectification or, where interested, integration of data unless it is impossible or involves the use of disproportionate means. The Customer may also object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data about them, even if it relates to the purpose of the data collection. The Customer can also object to the processing of personal data for sending advertising material or otherwise, aimed at carrying out market research and business communications.
Article 8 – Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
Swedish law has regulated information within this sales contract.
District courts of Sweden will handle any disputes concerning the validity, interpretation or execution of this contract.
Article 9 – Modifications
BrandsGateway have the right to edit this document without notice at any time, and as a result, will be effective from the date of its publication at www.brandsgateway.com
Article 10 – Complaints
Customers wishing to make a complaint must address their issues at B2B BrandsGateway headquarters in Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia.
Article 11 – Additional Information
All communication and contracts will be done so in Swedish, English, or German.
