How can I place a wholesale order on BrandsGateway?
By registering on BrandsGateway for free, you can browse through the product catalog of luxury fashion items we offer for wholesale buying and place an order.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For wholesale orders, our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is €1,000.
Are the products you sell original?
All products we have in our wholesale fashion catalog are 100% authentic products and are purchased directly from the brands, licensees, or official authorized distributors.
Will I receive a tracking number for each wholesale order?
DHL, FedEx, and UPS tracking numbers are uploaded to your BrandsGateway account, you will receive a notification once your order is completed.
Are VAT charges included in the price?
While purchasing a dropshipping subscription, for countries within the EU, it is most likely that there will be a VAT charge. VAT charges can be avoided if you have a valid VAT number. VAT charges apply to all inventory orders.
Do you accept returns?
Our return policy allows returns within 7 days from the delivery date. Please note that wholesale buyers can request a return only for damaged and wrongly shipped goods.
How long does it take for the wholesale products to be delivered?
With economy shipping, for all wholesale orders, we ensure delivery within 3 business days within the EU and 5-7 business days to locations outside the EU. With express shipping, for all wholesale orders, we ensure delivery within 1-2 business days within the EU and 2-4 business days to locations outside the EU.
Will I need to pay taxes and duties for my wholesale order?
Import duty or tax costs, if any, will be invoiced to you directly from the freighter company appointed by you. For more information please contact the local customs authority as each country has different customs regulations.
