What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated per order, depending on the location of your customer. The total shipping cost consists of a base fee (economy or express) + an additional charge per item, which varies based on the item’s category. Find out more information in our Shipping Costs Table.

Do you accept returns?

All dropshipping orders are covered by our 14-day return policy, counting from the day the parcel was received by your customer. If the order includes multiple items, your customer is able to return only one or several items, or the whole order. A reason must be provided to initiate the order process, and all return orders are subject to an inspection before your refund is initiated. Used/worn items will not be refunded.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the location of your customer. It takes 24-48 hours to dispatch the package, and 3 business days on average within the EU, or 5-7 business days outside the EU to deliver it.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We provide worldwide delivery using DHL, FedEx, or UPS. *Note that at the current time, we are unable to deliver to Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine due to the ongoing conflict.

How to request a return?

With our 14-day return policy counting from the day your customer receives the parcel, it’s important to initiate the return process as soon as possible. You can do so by creating a Customer Support Ticket or contacting [email protected] to get return shipping address details as well as other guidelines. You can process the return order using your own shipping label or we can create one for you. Additionally, to ensure a smooth return process, please keep these guidelines in mind: The item/items must be shipped back within 14 days after delivery. The return must be shipped using UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We don’t accept returns sent via regular postal services, and such returns will be declined. A reason must be provided to initiate the order process, and all returned items are subject to an inspection before your refund is initiated. Used/worn items will not be refunded, instead, the items will be shipped back to your customer.
