Q) I have completed my registration but I still cannot log in.
A) Your registration is still on the Waiting List. Check that you have received the registration confirmation email and that you have confirmed your email address by clicking on the appropriate link. Registrations are verified within 24/48 hours from the moment of registration. If you are unable to log in after this period of time, send an email to email@example.com
Q) How can I recover my password?
A) Just click on RECOVER PASSWORD. There, you will receive an email that will send you directly to your profile where you will be able to change your password.
Q) Can anyone buy from Brandsgateway.com?
A) Yes, we sell to anyone. We currently supply market traders, retail stores internet sellers, eBay stores, Amazon stores, etc.

Q) What payment options do we provide?
A) The payment options we offer are Bank transfer (invoice), Paypal, Credit Card or cash on pick up.
Q) Do we offer discounts?
A) We offer discounts for larger orders, please contact us for more information.
Q) How do we deliver?
A) All our international shipments are made by using UPS or FedEx Express or Economy.
Once your payment has been confirmed we usually manage to ship out your purchase order within 1-2 business days. Depending on your purchase amount it could take a few days longer.
Before shipping out any goods our vendors quality control each item. That all the original tags are included, NO defects are on any of your items and that all additional accessories are included
Q) How do we deal with customs (Outside of EU)?
A) Since each country has different customs regulations we can provide documentation upon request. Although customers outside the EU are responsible for taxes and duties. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from FedEx or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price before purchase completion. If you have any questions about how your shipment can be solved please email or call us.
Q) Can I collect my order in person?
A) Yes. You are welcome to come and collect your order in at our vendors’ warehouse or arrange your own pick up from the courier company of your choice.
Before visiting we do ask that you phone or email us to confirm that your purchase order is ready to be picked up!
Q) Can I view stock before purchasing?
A) You are more than welcome to view your stock in person. We do ask that you book an appointment before visiting the vendors’ warehouse and before making a decision.
We are open Monday – Friday 9 am-6 pm, Saturday 9 am-5 pm, Sunday please email or call before.
Feel free to give us a call if you need any help or guidance on how to travel to our warehouse.
Q) What is the minimum order (MOQ)?
A) Our minimum order requirement (MOQ) is 1,000EURO or 1200USD. Our verified dropship partners do NOT have any minimum order requirements.
Q) Is the VAT included in the price?
A) All prices listed in the catalog are VAT excluding. National Taxation VAT (20%): total order subject to VAT taxation national for domestic customers and customers within EU customers that are not able to provide a valid EU VAT. For customers located outside the EU, no VAT details are required.

Q) Are your products authentic?
A) We go through a meticulous process to guarantee the authenticity of the items we feature on BrandsGateway. Our authenticity professionals have over a decade of experience in the authentication of luxury goods. All vendors featured on BrandsGateway have been visited by our team and been approved to offer their authentic inventory on our platform.
Q) How often does your stock/website get updated?
A) Weekly, so keep an eye on the stock to get updated. There is the latest stock page. The best way to keep informed of our stock coming in or not yet on the website is to join our mailing list. All you do is put your name and email address in and we send one or two emails maximum per month with full details of upcoming stock. Another solution would be to add us on Whatsapp or Viber +46(0)737711698 and let us know which kind of items you are interested in. If you would like to review everything our vendors have in stock, we highly recommend that you visit their warehouse.
