The products we sell are 100% authentic, almost all the rest of overstocks have been purchased directly from the brands, licensees, or official distributors. We personally verify the authenticity of the products, and every product comes with the original tag attached.

The delivery time to countries within the EU is 1-3 business days and 5-7 business days outside the EU.

We ship worldwide shipping with DHL.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer personalization services, however, there’s the option to ship the order to you so you can personalize it before sending it to your final customer.

ithin the EU, there are no import taxes. However, when importing to the EU from a non-EU country or exporting from the EU to a non-EU country, the final customer will be charged the customs duty by the freighter company.

We offer a 14-day return policy to our dropshipping partners, counting from the day the package is delivered to your customer. Returns that are shipped back after the 14-day policy will be rejected and shipped back to the original dispatch address. The cost of return shipments that are customer’s change of mind will be covered by the customer and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number. The sender is responsible for customs fees, therefore when sending a shipment from outside the EU, please select “sender will pay for customs fee”. All returns need to be shipped back with UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Due to long delivery time, we don’t accept returns with any local Postal Service.

We have an automated solution – an app for Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, and Shift4Shop-based stores. For custom-built websites, we can generate credentials for Rest API integration. For more information, you can check the documentation on https://nova.shopwoo.com/api/v1/docs. If programmed by a developer, it’ll allow automated order forwarding and real-time inventory sync.

We have warehouses at several locations across the globe. To emphasize, Michael Kors, COACH, and Torry Burch products are stored in our warehouses in Minnesota and Florida, USA, our sunglasses and watches are stored in the warehouse in Germany. The products from D&G, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, and a few other brands are stored in Jonkoping, Sweden, while most of the other Italian brands are stored in our warehouse in Italy.

We don’t have an automated solution for Amazon or eBay directly. However, you can sell BrandsGateway’s products via Amazon or eBay plugin through Shopify, WooCommerce, or Wix – the inventory is updated automatically and there’s an automated order forwarding. There’s a CSV file that gets updated every 4 hours but there’s no order forwarding or inventory update.

For dropshippers subscriped to one of our pricing plans, there is no minimum order requirement.
