The products sold on BrandsGateway are 100% authentic and come with original tags. We source our inventory directly from the brands, licensees, or official distributors, and personally verify the authenticity of each product listed in our catalog.

We provide worldwide shipping with leading delivery service companies: DHL, FedEx and UPS.

We provide Express and Economy delivery options, and the delivery times depend on the order’s destination:

For orders in the EU, delivery times are: Express delivery: 1-3 days Economy delivery: 3-5 days

For orders to countries outside of the EU: Express delivery: 3-4 days Economy delivery: 5-6 days

To import products to your store and start selling with dropshipping, a subscription is required to activate the integration. Chose your store’s platform and activate the subscription here: brandsgateway.com/pricing/

We don’t offer packaging customization at this time, however, there’s the option to ship the order to yourself so you can repackage it before sending it to your customer.

Customs taxes vary on the location of the customer. Generally, for orders within the EU there are no taxes, as the majority of our warehouses are in the EU. For the USA, there is an 800 USD order minimus, so orders below that amount also will not get taxed. Depending on which country you plan to sell to, it’s best to conduct your own research. The customer will have to cover the customs fees when the package arrives in their country.

For dropshippers, a subscription is required to import products to your store and start selling. To activate a subscription, go to this page: brandsgateway.com/pricing and select the platform where your store is hosted (for example Shopify) before proceeding to choose a plan and check out.

For custom-built stores that require an API connection, select “WooCommerce” to check out and then reach out to support@brandsgateway.com to request the API keys.

We have integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce (WordPress), Wix, Shif4Shop & BigCommerce. We are also able to integrate with custom-built stores using our API, and for Marketplace sellers, we provide a CSV file so you can import products that way. We have warehouses in several locations across the world. The majority of our products are stored in our European warehouses located in Italy, Germany, Spain and Sweden. We also have warehouses in the USA and Australia that hold a small selection of products.

Yes, you can! We don’t have a direct integration with these platforms, however, you can sell BrandsGateway’s products via Amazon or eBay’s plugins through Shopify, WooCommerce, or Wix – the inventory is updated automatically and there’s an automated order forwarding. We also provide you  a CSV file that gets updated every 4 hours so you can import products in bulk directly, but there’s no order forwarding or inventory updates with this method.

There are no minimum order requirements for the dropshipping model.
